Hello my name is Tori Kitagawa.

I am a coach who wants you to create a life you love. Yes! You can have a life you desire. Do you really want to love your life and live to the fullest? If you wish to shed your unwanted weight and live a life of your dreams and desires then don’t allow your weight to become a common excuse and further hinder you from leading a happy life.

As a Single mom, Certified Holistic Health Counselor from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Certified life Coach and a part time Hair Stylist, I completely understand how busy people can really be.

Irrespective of how busy life keeps you, when it comes to eating healthy and exercising regularly, all you really need to do is make the right choices. I’m sure a smart mom like you know what to do to shed weight. But knowing what to do alone does not help you to lose weight. The hardest part is to apply it and stick to the plan. That is why I am here. I understand how you feel because I was there. I can help you to end the battle with weight.

My Story 

Born and raised in Japan, I belong to a family of some of the most gifted hairstylists. I am fond of providing people with a complete makeover and believe that it is a truly gratifying task. However, it was in the year 1993 when I resolved to move to the USA and it was around this time that I noticed rapid increase in my weight. The junk food items and drinks were one of the biggest reasons behind my weight gain. Therefore, I began controlling my diet and struggled to shed extra pounds by following every possible diet plan available. However, after losing some weight by following one specific weight loss plan, I would get carried away and resorted to binge eating and as a result gained all the weight that I had once lost all over again. There were times when I gained much more than I had lost previously. I was badly caught in the vicious cycle of “Yo-Yo Dieting”.  With two kids, career, aging and exercising and a host of other complications that life throws at you to handle, I felt exhausted, miserable, old and tired.

After trying multiple weight loss programs and setting unrealistic goals for a very long period, I decided that I had to put an end to it all. I had developed this habit of starving and keeping myself hungry, which again was leading me nowhere. It was then I realized that if I wanted to change the way I looked then I must also change the manner in which I thought about food. I also realized that I had to give up on this mindset of dieting and incorporate changes into my lifestyle and make much more healthy choices.

How Can I help?

I will help you save both your time and efforts by guiding you appropriately. I believe that if I can shed weight then you can too, only with a minimal amount of effort and focus.

You must also understand that there are no miracle diet pills that can help you reduce your weight and acquire a more healthy and fit body. However, my weight loss tips are simple to follow and highly effective too.

I understand that you are both smart and beautiful and very caring and loving towards your near and dear ones. While, there is nothing wrong in being concerned about others, you must also not overlook yourself.

It is never too late, especially when it comes down to living a life of your wishes and fantasies. Remember, you deserve the best.
